  • The worst trampoline place we've been! Unless your going for just a little jumping and an arcade! Our kids were so disappointed. Way smaller Jump area then we've ever seen. 1 basketball hoop ON the dodgeball court so our son who loves basketball couldn't even do that as he kept getting pelted with the ball! No sponge pit. Nothing worth $15 that's for sure! Go to skyzone!
  • Great job by Jordan today. She was doing the job of 6 people and never complained or seemed stressed. We were checked in expeditiously and our food was out quick and tasted great. My son had a blast and Jordan had a huge hand in that. Give her a raise or a promotion or a raise and a promotion. She is a phenomenal representation of your company!!
  • Sorry if I go in to too much detail but what a joke this place was. My nephew wanted to go there for his birthday so figured we would give it a try. Never been there and its been about a decade since I've been on a trampoline so I thought it would be fun. We get there and it's all good at first. The trampolines are in sections for the real small kids, then the kind of bigger kids, then the flipping section and lastly the dodgeball section. We bounce for about 20 minutes and decide to get drinks and play some games. This is where the night went into a steep downfall. First of all half of the games are not working and/or broken. I walked past the claw machine and seen Zoidburg from Futurama in there and dropped my tokens in with excitement just to realize the claw itself had broken off and was lying between some stuffed animals. No sign stating it was out of order. I dropped 4 tokens in the jump game to realize it wasn't working. They have a fishing/bass themed wheel of fortune type spinning wheel, didn't work. No signs on any of these stating they were out of order. Now we got back to jumping. It had picked up a bit and there was a few more people. At this point it's total chaos and no organization at all. The flipping section is full of small kids who are just chasing each other so you can't do anything there. You would think the employees would make sure everyone was in the area they were fit for, for everyone's safety. Even though everyone signed a waver I don't want it on my conscious that I back flipped and kicked a small child who ran by. Kid's were doing flips in the area's they were not supposed to right in front of employees who said nothing. Which lastly, the employees. Not a one looked over 18 or seemed to really care about doing their job correctly. Kids had literally climbed in to the back of the basketball game, they were forcing open the doors on the front of games and stealing tokens and tickets. When I told an employee he just looked around and then called someone over and told them. I didn't see anything done about it. Then 20 minutes later the same employee wants to tell me I can't double bounce my nephew and his friend. I said something that he needs to tell kids doing flips where they ain't supposed to be doing them to go to the right spot too then and he says he didn't see it. Haha yea ok that's why after I walked off he told my wife "well it wasn't about flips he could have done them here just no double bouncing". NEVER again will I go to this place.
  • Nearly every arcade game is broken but none of them have signs telling customers this so you basically just lose your money. The tables look and FEEL like they've never been cleaned. Spent $60, total waste of time and money. Not to mention my 3 kids were seriously disappointed.
  • This place sucked. Most of the arcade machines were out of order. Paid so much and the kids were done with this place not even an hour later. Will never come back
