  • Nice view of the gorge. Right off the road. General store with snacks and souvenirs and bathrooms. Worth a stop.  more »

  • The park is beautiful . The trails are a little to manicured for my taste, but to each his own. The staff act as though you are a complete inconvenience. One girl in particular (a very short overweight) has a truly NASTY disposition. Rude would be an understatement. Other than staff our stay was pleasant.
  • Fantastic view! Stand out back and take in the sites or go upstairs, enjoy BBQ and take in the sites. The gift shop is quite interesting too.
  • Beautiful lookout point. Very cute store. Will be a must stop when in the area.
  • Beautiful park and a great place for a hike.
  • This place is a remnant of early US tourism. We stopped here 2 times every year in the 70s when traveling between Florida and Dillard GA. At that time the road was just 2 lane us 441 and all the traffic went directly past the overlook. I think they still sell the same items today. I still have one knife that I bought there back in the 70s.
