  • Other than the monument, there was little to see. As we are familiar with earthworks and breastworks, we knew where to locate them. There are, unfortunately, no signs, to educate people.  more »

  • Small renactment, but well done. There is a food vendor as well as modern shops and authentic shops. Small activities through the weekend. The ball Saturday night is a good time. A historical monument also. It would be nice if more vendors could be here and more people showed up.
  • Commemorating the only southern capital that did not fall during the war of northern aggression and the battle that kept it safe. The defense carried out by old men and little boys that were left behind
  • We went here to clear from our bucket list. Dont bother. Nothing to see except one monument and locals fishing.
  • Very small, very off the beaten path, but history buffs will love the monument.
  • The annual re-enactment is some of the most fun you can have.
