  • One of the best free museums in the country that we have visited. Tons to see and learn about. I especially liked the giant armadillo that moved it's head and the old tin can camper built on a model T truck. Plus parking is free if you visit the museum!
  • Florida history in 4 hours give or take. This is a very comprehensive exhibit of the state's early to current history. This museum will take some time if you do it thoroughly. The problem is you get a little brain dead after about two to three hours! Nice that it's free. Great to do it over two days or more.
  • Great place to learn about Florida. Everything from Ponce De Leone to how Florida played a role in WWII and how the Daytona 500 was born. And it's free too but I highly suggest a donation as some so called museums don't have have as much too see. It's very kid friendly too.
  • The museum has good exhibits showing the history of Florida... And moreover, it's free!!
  • Tons of history under one roof... super clean. Fun for the family, free!!!
