  • If you're going to go in a circle to the top of the waterfall, calculate the time. A small parking area is located along the road and a little in the Hollows-home and big. There are toilets. Next-map, where you can look up and down the road. On the way upstairs will be two steep site, sometimes covered in water. But it is quite possible to pass only a bit slower than other areas. Sam ascent and descent can take 15-20 minutes of vigorous step. Along the way, you can make a stop and admire the waterfall. The top of the bridge also opens a beautiful view. And here's a tally of how much time you might want to enjoy the beauty.

  • A must see if you are visiting tahoe! The rock climbing at 90foot wall is perfect!
  • Great hike and beautiful views, especially in the winter. Be careful if there is not fresh snow because it can be very icy.
  • Absolutely fantastic trail that easily puts you in the backcountry within a couple miles. Its a great hike to beginner to advanced hikers that will not disappoint.
  • Eagle Falls is beautiful and easy to get to. The upper falls is steps away from the highway and if you wanted to go to the lower falls you can walk down the Vikingsholm and Emerald Bay then follow the lower Eagle Falls trail. The parking lot already gives you a beautiful view if Emerald Bay. It is a must see in South Lake Tahoe.
  • Must place to visit. And if you like adventure you can hike below falls. Great photo spot.
