  • When the lake is normal depth, the beach is fantastic. Shallow and sandy for little ones with a grassy area, playground, and bathrooms. Short walk to town if you want to grab something to eat or just walk around. One of the most family friendly beaches on the north shore.
  • Great beach during the summer with free concerts Sunday late day!
  • Great beach easy parking, Not as great when the water level is low, and can get very crowded very quickly. Fun community events. Park for kids is a nice thing, and paved paths to the beach. Good parking but runs out fast
  • I love this place, I stopped by on my way to San Francisco from Reno in the middle of the Summer. It is picture-perfect place with snow still covering the mountains; the water of the lake Tahoe is sparkling clean and crystal. It was crouded on a Sunday, I need to revisit It it again and stay there longer
  • Super disappointed with the beach.. water levels were sooo low. Beach was ugly. But the shops, bars and resturants were great!
