  • It is a nice place to see concerts. I really liked the experience there. I hope I can see another concert there.  more »
  • got there one hour before concert all lots full, had to park a mile away. Gave up went home wasted 200 on tickets, I will never go near that place again.  more »
  • The staff isn't very friendly but they handle large events well. Not something to go out of your way to visit unless you're attending attending an event.  more »

  • The parking was hard to find and the spot we found was 20 dollars. It was fairly quick getting through the security search because they hardly did anything to search. It was like he was just going through the motions. I didn't know we were going to be searched going into the graduation so I still had my pepper spray and pocket knife. I got through with both of them. I found that quite disconcerting. The seating is set up for people the size of toddlers. The gentleman sitting next to me was about 5-6 and thin. He had a hard time because there wasn't any leg room. I bought a bottle of water that was just 16oz. It was 4.50! They were selling flowers for the grads at 25 dollars for 6 roses. Do the grad a favor and just give them the 25 dollars. And for the sound, it was terrible. Everything that was said echoed 3 or 4 times. It was hard to understand everything that was being said.
  • Tacoma Dome is an Iconic location for Tacoma. Many different events take place here. But one that I attended every year is a three day convention Jehovah witnesses have. Everyone is invited. ❤
  • Drove up from Vancouver/Portland area to see Roger Waters last night. Arriving the parking was in organized $30, $35, and $60 dollars to park. Not knowing the area well and assuming that by paying the fee it would be easy to get out after the event. COULDNT HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG! It took us 1.5 hours to get out on the highway and even then it was a guess. No signs or traffic guides until We got out of the immediate area. We followed the flow only to be stopped for at least and hour till things thinned out and I looked behind me and notice people gong the opposite direction were at least moving. I asked one of the event people and he shook his head and said it happens at every event. In the end he was at least trying to direct the traffic but again never said anything to me about turning around. I will never in my life go to that venue again I don't care if Christ is appearing. Oh and buy the way when I bought the tickets Waters was not going to play Portland. Then added it as a stop in the tour. Another thing that pissed me off. Can't say enough bad about this experience. The concert was awesome and I will see him again but never in Tacoma
  • I had seats in section 1A, last row, which are the rickety bleachers behind the floor seats. I felt unsafe and my anxiety kicked in once I saw down in my spot. I could not get to my seat without basically grinding my body against everyone else unless they all walked out to let me in. The last row has no safety net or rails to make you feel like you're not going to fall back and die splatting on the ground below. I had to "manspread" my legs so far apart so my knees wouldn't jam the row in front of me in which I had to push against my neighbors legs to be comfortable. I'm 6'1. My back began to ache within 10 minutes. I love Roger Waters but I had to leave after the first set because I couldn't take it anymore. I should get a refund. Either get new spacious bleachers or build actual seats. Not fire marshal friendly.
  • Its a huge dome made from laminated timbers! That's cool enough in itself. And good music acts.
