  • This was a very nice course but the day we went they were giving away a dozen golf balls to all golfers. This lead to a crowd, but how can anyone complain with a dozen balls in your bag. The greens we...  more »
  • I was really impressed with the greens, fairways in good shape and forward tees nice and levelled. Weather was really windy on the first nine - Sand. Certainly would return. Staff was pleasant and wai...  more »
  • I live at sunset beach and play at sandpiper Bay quite often. The course is always in good shape, challenging and open enough to allow for my fading right. The price to play sandpiper is very fair for...  more »
  • Played here in mid November. Consists of three 9 holes courses. The course was in very good shape. The rough was dormant but still in good shape. Bunkers and greens were in excellent condition. The greens were receptive, smooth and quick but not pro level quick. You can spray the ball here a little and stay out of trouble. Staff was friendly. Solid course for the price. Rate a 8 out of 10.
  • Made a 12:24 tee time to play here while on vacation. What a joke! At the bag drop, the staff threw about a dozen sets of clubs on a flat bed wagon like so many bales of hay. The staff would NOT let you put your own clubs on a cart, once the wagon delivered them to the cart area. Then, since they alternate starts on 3 different nines, the 12:24 "tee time" (more than 2 dozen players) were not released to play until the last morning groups made their turn, about 1:00. Course was not in good shape, many of the tee boxes were bare and muddy. Rough was unmown. When we made the turn from Sand 9 to Piper 9, a group of members jumped ahead, and staff sent us to Bay 9 instead. (Bay was being overseeded and was undergoing maintenance.) Different staff member came out and challenged us that we shouldn't be out on Bay. He finally let us go, but only after we were made unwelcome and uncomfortable. Staff very rude, and the starter setup is a circus.
  • Just played it yesterday it is one of the best courses I have played. I especially love the Bay 9 and they way the water is hid all over the course really makes you think as a golfer of where to place your shots. Will definitely play this course again. Staff was also great.
  • We really enjoyed golfing this course. The staff was friendly. The greens were a little rough but overall the course was in good shape. Probably our favorite course out of the ones we have played. So far we have played Oyster bay(the worst experience of the week), Pine Lakes, Royal Oaks Plantation, International club, and Crown Park(our second favorite).
  • Course was in great shape. Enjoyed putting on consistent greens all day
