  • Clean, pleasant, safe, very well prepared to receive up to the little ones. Toys for children of various ages, with a kind of rug soft to prevent injury to those who are taking the first steps. There is a very nice lawn next to play games as a family.

  • This is a lovely park at 172nd and A1A (Collins Avenue) This is the largest of the 9 parks managed by The City of Sunny Isles Beach! Town Center Park offers expansive green space, washrooms, climbing statiobs, swings and tucked away in the north/west corner is Sugars Drop Skate Park.
  • Awesome place for thr little ones to run around and play.
  • Great playground. Always crowded but plenty of space.
  • 3/4/16 love this park, very spacious green grass and phelt, lots of swings x kids and benches x adults, excercise equipment, playground has an awning, very clean. Love this park on A1A and 172nd next to Epicure.
