  • The suite was lovely. The service was great. I loved the hot tub and the pool is great in summer. The casino is very small but I enjoyed. The hotel restaurant is top notch too. I want to go back!  more »
  • We were disappointed that in order to play at a table, you had to pay an ante. So you're already starting down. I will say that our dealer was very nice and helpful. The slot machine selection was ver...  more »

  • What was supposed to be a great weekend getaway, turned out to be a very 'mediocre' time.. Two couples, my wife, and I were overall very displeased with the service. As annoying as 'prom goers' might be, the woman at the front desk was over aggressive and constantly irritated at any request that was made. We will not be returning and I would suggest any future couples search else where. A spa is supposed to be relaxing and rejuvenating. This is not a place worth wasting your time complaining to your significant other about the service. Go somewhere fun!
  • My husband and I love to eat their hamburgers. They look small but they are very filling and with the fries or soup. Their soups are delicious and I am not a soup person. Waitresses are very pleasant. This is our replacement place for Red Lobster lol. However I will say their limited menu is very frustrating and I just think salad should always be part of a steak and not as an add on.
  • This is one of the nicest hotels that I've stayed in. Casino is fun and friendly. And the nature Park is right next to it with fun things to do. Very family friendly.
  • I wanted to love this place because I've heard so many great things, but it started off to be a not so great experience as soon as we checked into our room and only went downhill from there. The only good thing I can say about our weekend getaway is that the spa is AMAZING, but I will save that review for their page. We got up to our room and it was not as expected based on what we were told when booking. We called down to the front desk and spoke with a supervisor who stated he would speak with his supervisor about adjusting our rates to accommodate this issue. Next, we went to the springs for a "snack" since we hadn't yet had lunch but did not want to wait until dinner to eat. They were kind enough to split our food onto two separate plates since we were sharing a meal and very quick to bring out our food. The food was good, but nothing special to reflect the price. Our dinner at the Springs was not as enjoyable. I did not like a single item on my plate, and the drinks were overpriced, but I will say the service was good and fairly quick, but it was no where near the quality you would expect for a $50 meal for two (including two alcoholic beverages and a tip). We then had issues with the vending machine's Apple Pay/credit card feature when we tried to get a snack and drink (since I did not eat my dinner) and did not have bills small enough to try the cash option. I am hoping this was just a fluke incident, as I have heard great things about this place, but I am not sure we will try it again due to the high price, and unpleasant first experience!
  • This is my first review of anything but I must rave about the ARTESIAN Hotel, Casio and Spa. The hotel in itself was just beautiful, the rooms was big, nice and clean. The tub was wide and deep and just heavenly. The Artesian staff was just wonderful and accommodating to my family. We went there to celebrate my grandmother's 82nd birthday and it was wonderful experience from hotel staff to the restaurant Inside the hotel. And oh yeah the casino was also great. I can't wait till my next visit.
