We spent 2 1/2 hours one afternoon with our family including two grandchildren and had a wonderful time. The Sugar Land Museum is relatively small but extremely well laid out with "big" museum display... read more »
Great place for a rainy day to bring the kids. Lots of dinosaur skeletons and other types of interactive play. Not a very big museum but it was fun if you didn't have anything planned.
Grandkids four and six had a great time. Very kid friendly and educational. Great deals on Groupon. Not crowded.
A little gem in Sugar Land. Small enough to get through in a few hours and interesting exhibits to keep the kids happy. Snack machines are available, but you can bring food to eat in the cafe. Lots of fun programs for members too.
Friendly staff, well informed. Nice variety of things to do and see. Great for the kids
This branch of the Houston Natural Science Museum may be small but it has tons to do and will occupy yourself and your kids for hours. Definitely a great place to go for a day date with your spouse too. Currently the brick party exhibit they have there is awesome. It's all building, legos, kinex, Lincoln logs, etc. Pricing is great too!
This location is ok. The price ($33 for two adults and a child) is ridiculous for the small amount of exhibits they actually have. We took our three year old and she was more interested in the gift shop. The few things they had to see were nice but you'll make it through in less than 30 minutes unless you read every little description. I really wouldn't suggest it unless you have a membership to the big one in Houston.
Plenty of entertaining and we'll priced activities for small children. My daughter loved the fossil dig.
