  • I always find great choices here. They give free samples of about ten cheeses. The blackberry sweet wine, bacon cheese, and chocolate-covered cherries are my favorites.

  • Been eating Renard's cheese for 30 years. Their store is a required stop every time we go to or come from our house in northern Door County. Squeaky cheese curds, garlic summer sausage, and a cold beer is heaven. All their cheese products are luscious.
  • Very nice new facility. Always our first stop in door county.
  • My family and I are long-time fans of Renards cheese. We are not fans of the new shop, peddling shot glasses, door county mugs, and other worthless crap from China. This place is nerve-wracking for anyone with young kids. They have said shot glasses and other breakables at perfect arm reach for small children, along with "you break it, you buy it" signs everywhere. It feels hostile. I spoke with a manager about this, suggesting that maybe they could keep breakables up higher, and her response was "well then, keep your kids outside on the playground." Customer service? We'll be back for the cheese curds and caraway brick cheese - but only barely after this interaction.
  • Really nice store with lots of good food. The balsamic vinegar selection is awesome.
  • Best cheese curds ever! There pizzas are the best take and bake I have ever had and if you want them baked they will make the for you. A must have!
