  • Stowe Cider is a cute place to stop over at while in Stowe. The Cider was just okay but the atmosphere was fun and the servers were awesome!  more »
  • This was a fun place we went with our adult son. Both generations enjoyed the cider and the set-up. It is family friendly with non-alcoholic versions of the cider, picnic tables and games for kids. Fo...  more »

  • Cool place with games, picnic tables, good vibe. Lots of varieties of ciders, which I like. Spent $50 on cider to bring home with us, then noticed they have stickers. Asked for a sticker, was told it would be $1. Considering they probably cost $0.07 to manufacture, I had just spent $50, and it's free advertisement for them, I think they could probably stand to give them out for free.
  • All I can say is everyone should make the trip down (or up) to Stowe Cider. Not only is the cider delicious, but the vibe is cool and the staff is amazing😊
  • They were closing when I walked in, not the friendliest guy working there that day. Their cider is AWESOME though.
  • I absolutely love love love Stowe Cider! It's not to sugary like most other brands. My favorites include Summer Shandy, and the High & Dry.
  • Cider was great! Really good and different selection. It was quite crowded and a hard to get service. The music too loud for 2:30 in the afternoon. All the tables were sticky and in general the staff didn't really seem to be able to handle the volume. That being said I will come back and look forward to if and when they expand.

Where to stay in Stowe

Where you should stay in Stowe depends on why you’re visiting. If you plan to ski or snowboard and want to minimize your travel time between the gondola and your bed, opt for a place at the base of the resort or as close to it on Route 108 as possible. Look for ski-and-stay packages to save money on the combined cost of lift tickets and accommodations. If skiing or snowboarding is just part of the plan or not on the itinerary at all, stay right in town. You'll find a range of accommodation types, including charming inns and bed and breakfasts, and hotels and motels that serve both visitors on group trips and independent travelers.
