  • A beautiful clean hotel. The view is breathtaking. The restaurant is delicious, the swimming is great for kids of all ages. I do wish the rates were more friendly for a family traveling.

  • We stayed in the cabins down the road from the waterpark. The cabins look great, very clean, open A roof style. Stayed for 5 days and had hot water problems 4 out of 5 days. Wifi is available. Great view. Calling guest services was impossible. Any time we needed new towels or that hot water turned back on, we had to drive up the road to the actual hotel to get anything done.
  • Water-park was all right. Was kind of mad that I couldn't get into it free even though I was staying at the hotel. The lifeguards were snobby and somewhat lazy. The concession stand workers seemed to sit around a lot and I would always look over there directions and see them on their phones. Although, one staff member wearing a blue shirt and black shirts with big, curly hair demonstrated great customer service to me at the concessions and while delivering my food. He was kind, assertive, and was genuine and just plain liked to talk to people, including myself. Grade A service to him, the rest of the resort staff including front desk and restaurant, not so much.
  • King's Point hosted wedding reception for our son. Great facility and the staff was wonderful. From the new trainee on up, everyone was very friendly and helpful.
  • It's a great place to visit, especially if you're not from town. I would have given them five stars, except I'm a local and they did not treat me very well as such
  • Enjoyed our stay at King's Pointe. Located right on the lake we enjoyed the sunrise and sunset. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Had a nice breakfast at the Regatta.
