Took a scenic drive with this state park as a rough destination. Drive thru the hill country was awesome, saw deer and wild turkeys. When I got to the park, I wished I would have left earlier. The vis...  more »

LBJ real life as well as some legend is real in this part of Texas. Living near the LBJ Ranch, many of the "old timers" that worked for LBJ or Lady Bird share their stories. Going to the Ranch to see ...  more »

It is a neat place for history buffs. Take the home tour. You will be surprised at the home. Pretty modest for a president. I enjoyed the small car collection too. Don't forget to stop at the cemetery...  more »

Very nice park with a wealth of history. Our ranger/tour guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. We were told there could be up to an hour wait for the white house tour but we waited only 10 minutes from the time we purchased the ticket until the tour started. We also really enjoyed the working period farm.

Nice place to visit on a free day. Pleasant serene peaceful. Nice historic info about LBJ. Bruce waterfront .. open field .. etc. Loved it. Not many other attractions so good enough for couple of hours or so.

Love this park. Love that it is totally free and has rangers and volunteers in full 1915 dress working the land just as they did back then. Did I mention FREE? With great nature walks.

A surprisingly interesting experience. We visited the various areas of the park on bicycles. Well done and educational.

Nice and peaceful park. This place is great for families since the trails are simple and the living farm is great for kids. More experienced hikers or those seeking interesting views will be disappointed. The herd of buffalo is very cool though! Incredibly helpful staff too.
