  • Long white sand beach with about 2/3rds dog friendly off-leash. Best to go at low tide as some tides are very high and there is not much sand but low tide is wonderful. THE best sunsets ever, better t...  more »
  • Stopped at Stinson Beach on the way from SFO to Healdsburg, CA. Beautiful drive with curvy roads. Stunning scenery on the way to the beach. Stinson Beach is a beautiful Northern CA beach town. It was ...  more »
  • Not the best beach but nice park with grilling available. Swimming would not be my choice here. Dog walkers are everywhere!  more »
  • great beach, huge area to spread out. parking lots are all ruined. dont bring a lowered or sport car here, you will regret it. the potholes, insane speed humps, and lack of this lots full signs can lead to idiots panicking and driving like a tidal waves about to hit.human trash is commonly left on the beach and in the parking lots. bathrooms are nasty and lack soap on our last visit. i will say this.. the beach would be a 4 or 5 star BUT.. the bikers that ride the roads in and out will make any driver a nervous wreck. cyclists use the full road as they see fit, and mind no traffic laws. cyclists treat the road as if its a bike trail. we almost ran a cyclist over as his foot slipped off the pedal while going uphil, he feel off and i swerved at the last second to avoid hitting him. something must be done to stop the bikers. they must be banned from this road. its a matter of safety. cars can barely drive it safely alone, let alone with bikers tying things up.
  • Really cool beach with an awesome vibe. Very relaxed and not too crowded on a Sunday afternoon.
  • Great for a long walk along the beach. Dogs are allowed on the northern portion. Public bathrooms are available and plenty of parking.
  • Awesome beach with Nice view and there is even a separate place to take your dog for a walk. Definitely a place to recommend if you want to get out of the city.
  • What a beautiful beach. When you arrive, you see plenty of parking. Families are gathered around having barbecues. We had to walk a bit to get to the dog friendly section, but it's so worth it. The beach is beautiful and every dog we bumped into was either leashed or super friendly. My dog had a blast playing her frisbee and sniffing other dogs.
