  • Beautiful place! Been there several times… highly recommend for the gorgeous serene beauty. Magical and medicinal!!! But the customer service is far from pleasant. I had a hiccup with my reservation and they were less than helpful via email. A middle finger would have been easier to handle then their lack of response and help. Be warned… don’t make a mistake on your reservation and certainly don’t imply that their reservation system messed up.
  • We visited the springs at 4pm on a Wednesday and it was glorious!!! Jeff the park attendant was super helpful and gave great information when entering the springs. We came with 6 adults, one teens, an 8 year old and 3 year old. Each enjoyed the different pools. It’s quieter so you can relax and enjoy but not so quiet you can’t have fun and play :) 10 out of 10. Definitely a must do!
  • Really neat hot spring. There are 3 areas that have temperatures of hot, warm, and cold. The road there during the summer was easy to drive in a compact car and the website was easy to make a reservation. The facilities were nice and there are areas to change and use the restroom. Be sure to bring cash as they do not accept card. I would also recommend bringing towels. This experience was fun in the summer and would likely be even better during the winter.
  • Incredible! Multiple natural pools equipped by Goldilocks - ultra cold, cold, warm, hot, ultra hot. Beautiful space, limited capacity to help it not be over populated during your visit. We loved this so much we plan to start visiting more hot springs. It was such a delight! I would definitely visit regularly if I lived closer!
  • So this is my first experience with a natural hot spring. I looked at a few places in Colorado but due to the distance and some of the other ratings, I chose this one. You do have to reserve your time, ( mine was noon to 2pm) , pay with cash upon arrival, and if you show up a little bit before the reservation, ( I was there at 1130am) they will let you in right away. They have chairs and benches around the pools which we were able to find one easily. We did bring our own towels and water which was no problem bringing in ( just no glass containers). There are several pools ranging from pretty hot ( like a very hot bath), mild ( this is where I stayed for over an hour) and cool to cold. My experience was great, not a lot of people and really had the chance to relax. I will definitely go again if I am in the area.
