  • Interesting place, wild :) The only thing I didn't like is they don't have showers and there is only one small changing room. In rest - the water and the nature is awesome !  more »
  • We were excited to try this place after reading about it, and I am glad we did. The pools went from very very warm and on down to an optional plunging COLD, icy cold. Beautiful atmosphere, a great way...  more »
  • A little pricey but neat place to visit while in Steamboat Springs. Wished that there were more amenities; canopies and benches.  more »

  • Our first few trips in the afternoon were wonderful. Really enjoyed the entire experience. However, in the evening the staff members are just plain rude. I was not aware that flasks were prohibited and instead of allowing me to put it back in the car they confiscated it. I asked for it back upon leaving and they said they keep it. I really think this is extreme and over the top. We will not be returning anytime soon because of the staff members.
  • 1. We rented the caboose and either there was a natural gas leak or a carbon monoxide leak. I woke up in the middle of the night ready to vomit but once the window cracked open I could go back to sleep. 2. The sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain, disgusting. 3. We were woken up by the sound of construction equipment early in the morning. They denied that there was anything wrong and lied about using a sniffer. I reported them to the local natural gas company. It's their luck I'm not an attorney; I'm sure that's why they gave us our money back. I'd bet money they never handled it.... The worst of the worst though was the power tripping manager, the staff that told lies to our faces, and the owner who is threatening/belligerent. I haven't ever interacted with anybody in the hospitality industry who was as intrusive, AGGRESSIVE, and despicable. Their conversation with us was downright verbally abusive. We were told to never come back. I cross country skied into these Hot Springs in 1981. It was pristine. It used to hold a very special place in my very well-traveled history. It is now nothing but a disappointment and wretched memory.
  • We have been going to Strawberry for over a decade. Live in Colorado and have made it a point to make the drive to soak in Colorado's premier outdoor (natural) hot springs at least a couple times year. We've been to at least a 1/2 dozen other hot springs in state and none of them compare! All year long and up until 10pm. The outdoor setting is breath taking, several separate temperature baths and a creek if you are brave enough to venture in!
  • No trip to Steamboat is complete without a dip in Strawberry Park Hot Springs. Enjoy a soak in this idyllic setting. It's absolutely worth the short drive, and there's a shuttle service to and from town if you don't have a car. Pack some snacks and water and plan to stay a while.
  • Amazing! Very natural and the gravel at your feet have a nice touch for exfoliating. The drive up is very beautiful and such a hidden gem. Cash only!
