  • This place is amazing! Always has been a place to go growing up and now going back the fall is still beautiful. Very refreshing to feel the coolness of the water, putting your feet into the water below the bridge is a must. There are sweet little chipmunks around too. Very friendly. Nice hiking trails and bring something to drink too because it's warm.
  • Why wouldn't you visit a 200 foot waterfall? There are some very nice trails for those who would like to see the falls without significant effort or for some reason, can't get to the base. If you want a more moderate hike, go to the base of the lower falls. For a three hour strenuous hike, you can go about 2 miles to the upper falls. It spectacular but arduous. Bring plenty of water and snacks!
  • Great trail to walk. Short easier trails to longer harder trails. You can see wildlife if your lucky. Great experience at a price of $5.00 parking fee per car. I will definitely go again.
  • Small parking fee, but it's free with an America the Beautiful Pass. The smaller lower falls are an easy hike down a gravel paved trail and viewed from a bridge that spans the creek. It's a strenuous and rocky 4 mile hike, two miles out and two miles back, through an aspen forest to the upper falls, but it is worth the sweat. The upper falls are STUNNING. The hike to and from the upper falls took my husband and I four hours at a moderate pace.
  • This is a beautiful waterfall with an easy paved trail to the overlook. There is also a short hike that will take you to the base—not paved but still pretty easy—just a bit of a climb on the way back but the path is smooth. Parking is $5 which is reasonable for the beautiful views. It was pretty and we enjoyed our visit! There is a longer hike if you’re prepared that is about 5 miles. It’s a bit icy in October. ☺️❄️
