  • This was a cute little casino with a nice variety of table games and even a poker room! It was nice to have a casino where we were staying. It's just about 1/2 - 1 mile away from the other larger casi...  read more »
  • And they were! Casino was great and staff were great, helpful and friendly and Timbers restaurant was the best in town, food and prices, open 24/7
  • Excellent staff, everyone quite friendly and helpful. Bar folks especially outgoing and friendly. Works real hard to be a great place for locals. Special deals and festivities all the time.
  • This place truly is the best in Tahoe... Hands down! Extremely friendly staff... The dealers were amazing... It is evident that they truly care about people and their well being, while creating a comfortable atmosphere for the locals and anyone who enters... It is the closest you can get to old Vegas... and still play single deck 5 dollar hands with a smile... I love this place and can't wait to get back!
  • The casino staff were all very friendly and attentive. Had a good variety of slot machines and other games and was uncrowded without feeling empty. I left smelling like smoke, but this will happen at every Stateline casino. I was the youngest person in the room by at least 15 years.
  • I went to LSide to cash my check, even without my players card I was helped by an older gentleman in the cage. He was very nice and thorough. He even gave me my 2 drink tickets after looking up my players card. I LOVE our 'locals casino' (as my fiancĂ© and I call it), it's always so relaxed and friendly and the tourists hardly ever hit up LSide, which is nice for locals who still like to gamble. We also LOVE the daily poker groups in the room, I wish, however, that there was a free locals night for the poker room, rather than a buy-in every night, there should be ONE game a week that is for locals only, local ID required.
  • Very fancy and nice looking, casino nice looking. The Timber restaurant had great drinks, but my spaghetti had no sauce on it what so ever, I ordered some sauce and got barely any. Sauce wasn't even very good. To get a reservation we had to wait an hour and a half. Nice outside! Otherwhys everything was fine!
  • If you visit the Lakeside Inn, please know that they treat their employees very poorly, pay ridiculously low wages, refuse to offer acceptable benefits, and unfairly resolve conflicts within their staff. I highly recommend, as a customer, to take your business elsewhere, especially if you want to support a happy and healthy local community to serve the South Tahoe tourism industry. As a Tahoe native (born and bred), I've spoken to employees who have worked for the company. Please take my word for it.
