  • Nice casino, low smoke level, friendly dealers, attentive bar staff. Clean and open. Plenty of choices for gaming and food
  • Confusing how players club is the same in Harvey's and Harrahs but you can't redeem your tickets at one casino or the other
  • Harvey's had the best drink servicebut not the best gambling. There needed to be more tables open and more $5 black Jack tables. I didn't eat there or stay in a room do I can't review that. Great atmo...  read more »
  • We were given a pretty good family sized room. Nothing too special but just enough for our needs. The room was recently renovated so there weren't any cosmetic problems. The amenities were very good. We utilized the fitness center and pool as much as we could.
  • Guys, think about it. You book a value room and you want a decent room with lake view and other amenities? Think about it. If you stay away from value room then of course you will have an amazing stay here.
  • The slots are good food great. Lake really beautiful. Rooms I can't tell did not stay at the casino just ate and played
  • We booked our stay in advance. We reserved and paid for a priemium room with 2 queen beds. Upon arrival we checked in only to find out the gave our room away. We were put in a crappy room with one bed. There were 4 of us. No other rooms were available. The staff was really rude and said they would compensate us for the mix up and our troubles. This never happened. Upon check out we were charged an additional $100. This made no sense. I have never in my life been to a hotel that is so careless. I will not be going back here ever. It really ruins your trip when you pay $350 a night and you're sleeping on the floor. I called the front desk 3 times requesting extra pillows and blankets for those of us having to sleep on the floor. They never brought us any. We used clothing for pillows and blankets. I'm very disgusted with the service and staff. Don't stay there! Choose one of the other hotels. Please don't waste your money here. Your vacation will be ruined!
  • Great room, service ok. Food not great but great location
