  • The menu here is slowly expanding, which is a good thing. Was disappointed the first few times. Food was mediocre at best. Wine is decent but certainly not top of the line.  more »
  • It's a lovely and expansive area with a very small tasting room. The tasting room, patios and grounds are dog friendly. If your dog is all skittish, head for the patio or another quiet location. The t...  more »

  • I just had such a great experience at Potomac Point Winery celebrating my best friend's birthday. We arrived in the evening without a reservation and Laurel and her staff took great care of us. The wine staff was extremely experienced, accommodating and made excellent recommendations. We were able to try new menu items (the broccoli Gouda Mac n Cheese was AMAZING!!!!) and were able to taste several wines. I highly recommend the Potomac Point Winery and you can even continue the experience by purchasing some of the olive oil (the garlic is my FAVORITE), salsa or wine to take home.
  • Brad and I simply cannot thank Potomac Point Winery and all of their staff for making our wedding more perfect!! We had the absolute time of our lives on our wedding day from start to finish. Sydney is SO organized and prepared everything in such a smooth way. She plotted everything out so well and kept in touch from several months before to the day of, and she even accommodated us since we had to move out of VA which made wedding planning quite difficult. The staff were nice and efficient, the food and drinks were delicious, the venue was breathtakingly beautiful, and I could go on and on. We were thankful to have our ceremony outside, but I felt comfortable knowing the winery was prepared to move the celebration inside if necessary. The reception was great too! All of extra options were so much fun, such as grape stomping, macaroni and cheese bar, champagne toast, fire pit, and s'mores bar. I'm proud to say we're also Potomac Point Wine Club members and I'm excited to drink their wine for life to keep the great memories alive! I can't wait to visit the winery again. Thank you again so much to everyone!!
  • Absolutely beautiful vineyard! Lots of estate grown grapes and other grapes from regions like Portugal! Great tasting staff as well! Friendly, informative, and educational! Beautiful patio too! Make sure you say hi to their vineyard doggie, Chianti, but don't feed her because she has food allergies. Overall great experience and would highly recommend that you stop in for a tasting! Cheers!
  • We booked Potomac Point for our wedding reception and couldn't be happier! The vineyard itself was stunning during sunset and the ballroom was a perfect fit for our 130 guests. Our big day went so smoothly thanks to Chelsea and Sydney, who were both an absolute joy to work with. They guided me through every step of the process and I really appreciated how flexible they were with all of my last minute changes. One of the biggest highlights by far was the food and wine. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious everything was, especially the sangria. We can't say enough great things about the Potomac Point staff and service. We loved everything about this venue and will definitely be back in the future!
  • I have been a member here for a couple years now. It's a fantastic winery. Nothing beats sitting out on the patio and having a glass of wine watching the sun set.
