  • We met some friends at the Vinoy for an extended weekend trip and had a great time. All of the staff at this resort was friendly and professional. The check in staff was excellent and made every effort to make sure we were happy. They had some construction going on while we were there but it really wasn't an issue. Restaurants were good, we only had breakfast and a quick sandwich one day so I can't comment on dinner. Pool was nice, had upbeat music, poolside service, towels, etc. They also has a spa, exercise room, ping ping tables, nice sitting areas, tea gardens and a little area with local history. I would recommend this hotel and will certainly return in the future.
  • We went to The Vinoy for a history tour with a wonderful docent. The tour was about an hour and a half and then we had lunch. Lunch was included in the package and was amazing. The salmon was delicious perfectly prepared moist and tasty. I highly recommend finding out about the tour, because for $27 we got the tour and lunch. normally the salmon , without appetizer or dessert, which were included, is $28.
  • Beautiful hotel in great location! Room was updated, spacious and very clean. Room service was super fast and friendly. Lots of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Great outdoor space, parks and marina right by the hotel. Would come here again!
  • Stayed here several times and I love it. However, every time I've checked in, my room hasn't been ready. It's always a 30-40 minute "please enjoy our front porch bar" wait. It is a great porch. In fact, I stay at this place because of the front porch bar, and I spend a lot of time at it when I'm in town. Wonderful people watching, and very friendly. But, I'm usually coming in from the West coast, and it's a long flight. I'd just like to get into my suite and freshen up first before cocktail hour. They have a lot of weddings at this place, and I can understand why. Great location in a fun town! Can't wait to see what the pool remodel looks like.
  • Very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The lobby had a sign asking for "no autographs" which I later was there due to a number of pro baseball players staying as guests. There was also a large collection of exotic cars which was another clue that some VIP guests were in residence.
