Still have live dog races here. A large part of the place is gambling tables now. The food in the restaurant is very good although rathy pricy and time limited now. To be honest, the food you order at... read more »
Good food, clean and comfortable place to do some race gambling. Staff was very nice and helpful. Buffet was delicious and plenty of ways to enjoy kennel racing and simulcast horse racing.
I have been coming here for family events for many years and juat to have dinner. We have celebrated almost every family members birthday here. I recommend this place to everyone. I say quality is better than quantity (Fresh Harvest). Yes I'm disappointed they stopped serving crab legs. The food is always good. However, since they stopped serving crab legs business is slow which means some of the food sits on the buffet a little longer than it used to. They do a good job of replenishing the food but when there are not many people there to eat then it sits longer than usual. Still love the fried shrimp.
I loved derby lane enroll I order food and the lady at the food stand on first floor treated me and my kids like we was trash had to order my food at the bar and her supervisor was not helpful or nice at all he didn't even look at she was treating us with a nasty attitude,he was just worried about how much money we had like we can't afford the food and went in the back im looking dead at him and he in back talking to the cook and the cashier I never was treated so nasty in my whole life period i left after that was not feeling the night no more don't know if I ever will go back
I've heard rave reviews about the buffet and decided to try it. Unfortunately they no longer have the crab legs, which is a shame as the rest of the buffet with the exception of the prime rib was lacking. $23 for 'early bird' dinner, $30 for dinner. This doesn't include a beverage, or dessert. So, this could easily cost much more. Not worth it, IMHO. Glad I went, but probably won't go again.
Go here very often. The dealers are awesome some better than others. But they have great peomotions and freerolls!
I went here for the first time for the all you can eat buffet that they offer on Friday and Saturday for 29.99 I can say that it was worth it. The food was excellent. They offered a variety of seafood such as crab legs, shrimp and oysters. If you do not care for seafood they had prime rib, roast and chicken. It was clean and the employees were constantly cleaning . They only thing that I was not happy with was my waitress and I felt the mixed drinks were a little weak but, the bus boy Dorian waited on us an did a great job of taking care of us and the manager Ms. Deborah apologized for the waitress and was very professional. Because of them my friends and I had a good experience overall.
