  • Any park on the water is a huge plus in my book and Demen's landing is a jut of land sticking out into Tampa Bay by downtown St. Pete and the yacht basin. The park is open with benches and waterviews ...  more »
  • wonderful all year round but best in summer when American Stage presents great theatre in the park events - must experience anytime, but especially in summer  more »
  • The park is pretty big, almost fifteen acres along the waterfront area, a lot of parking spaces, picnic areas, boat ram, nice winding paths for pedestrians, walkers and runners, attractive waterfront ...  more »

  • Beautiful view of the ocean. You can sit and relax, watching the boats go by and the small planes. Nice and clean place. Has various picnic tables and small piers. Also has a small park for kids to play in. Bathrooms are near by also. Love to come here to fish and relax.
  • Great park downtown....perfect for a family outing. Been to several concerts, plays and other events. Close to everything downtown!
  • A nice little park along the water's edge. I saw a playground, but didn't explore that side of the park. I wandered to the end where I found a few benches and watched the sun set. The views were amazing. I would give it a bit higher rating, but I was struggling to find the path into the park. I learned (later) that the path was opposite of my hotel location - so I was wandering through a parking lot and along the dock fence. It just seems you have to know where to go before you arrive. But once there - I sat for an hour in bliss.
  • Great spot to walk or workout while being next to the ocean very relaxing has picnic shelters and a playground for the kids the downfall to that is a lot of homeless hang out under the shelters
  • Parking in the immediate area is horrible to non-existent it otherwise this is a nice little spot. I does have a playground area for the kiddos. It has a roundabout so drive through to look for parking at least once but I wouldn't count on it on a busy day/ weekend.
