  • Its a wonderful place, but personally it has it downs, i live here in the marine and i have to deal with the rap music and bands nearby, the big loud race during my birthday and the plays. *sighs*
  • Very nice place to take a break by the water with views of the airport and our future pier under constrution.
  • Decently clean. Great bay view.
  • Although this is a VERY SMALL PARK, its location along with several unique charms still make it stand out to other also-beautiful parks. Demen’s Landing gets an outdoor stage for theater productions in some parts of the year. It’s also a GOOD LAUNCHING POINT FOR THE 20+ MILES LONG PINELLAS TRAIL (great for biking/jogging) and one of the lots offers FREE PARKING. When the sun gets hot but I still want to dine outside, (I think) Demen’s Landing is the only place nearby where there are PICNIC TABLES UNDER A SHADE! (Plus great WATERSIDE VIEWS with dolphins playing) Plus having BATHROOMS NEARBY is great. Unfortunately it’s a bit small for kids to run around—the playground is pretty small plus the waterfront offers no railings.
  • It beautiful and amazing things to see.
