  • Good wine, pleasant experience. Good stories about the family history. No tour or anything of the like, but still very personal and worth the trip up the mountain.  more »
  • We'd never heard of Schweiger but our driver recommended it as part of our trip up the mountain to visit Pride. The property is beautiful and the tasting room was pleasantly full. It has a counter, a ...  more »

  • Small and family Owned. Really enjoyed our tasting with amazing views!
  • My wife and I, along with our friends, experienced a magical day at the Schweiger Vineyards! Our hosts, Sally and Fred, were gracious, joyful, and generous with their time and stories of their experiences over the decades. The wines were amazing! The setting, as well as the staff who work along side Sally and Fred, made this a winery we are sure to enjoy again! Thank you, Sally and Fred, for your hospitality!
  • Even if you don't end up loving the wine (but you will), it is worth the long and winding drive through some of the best scenery Napa Valley has to offer. We made the requisite appointment, and as we were exiting our car a staff member greeted us with two glasses of, if memory serves, their chardonnay. From their the experience only got better. We sat out on the deck over-looking their vineyards and the owners house as we were told about their interesting history and the tasting progressed. It was a total sensory experience.
  • It was one of the best of the day / excellent wines, terrific view and setting. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. It is also off the beaten path.
  • Great experience with friendly tasting room staff. Delicious estate grown wines, loved the Cabernet! We even got to meet the owner Fred Schweiger! It is a true family owned and operated winery / vineyard and the mountain view is gorgeous! An awesome wine tasting experience.
