  • Course was in very good condition. Plenty of water and great views. Cost was $47 with cart. Fairly flat with a few long grades included but much distance between some holes so walking might be an extr...  more »
  • This course is pretty good one to play all year. The fairways were nice, greens a little bumpy and could use some work. Price is good at this time if year, but it is hot. Early tee times a must for co...  more »
  • Played this one on a Friday morning - nice little municipal course. Nothing too special, but some interesting holes and a reasonable price. Would suggest playing it as a warm-up course before playing ...  more »

  • I went to Southgate Golf Course this morning for a change of scenery, I used to play golf there when I was younger, and enjoyed it. I went in to pay for a bucket of balls, which cost me $3 which got me 2 tokens... I took the tokens to the ball machine and only one of the tokens went through the machine, the other wouldn't work. I then headed to hit half the balls that I paid for and the range was soggy! It was a complete waste of time and money. The only thing that gave them a second star was the free wifi.
  • Nice course. Challenging but forgiving.
  • Great local golf course. Worth playing if you are in Saint George. 2 different nine holes course layouts.
  • Decent course, extremely fast greens.
  • Very good public course with a driving range. Very good pricing depending on the time of year and day of the week. Front nine has been rebuilt (maybe more than once!) following flooding and the rebuilding of Dixie Dr. so the front nine is now on both sides of Dixie. Somewhat long walk from the 4th green to 5th tee and back from the 8th green to the 9th tee. Front nine mostly pretty flat with water in play on several holes. Back 9 has a completely different feel with some fairly significant elevation changes and water in play on at least 2 holes. Bunkers, tees and greens usually seem to be in excellent condition. Carts available. Additional charge for use of the range. My experience is play can edge towards the slow range, especially on week-ends and holiday periods sometimes reaching 4hr 30 min.
