  • This is a very convenient park located right in the city. Nice desert garden, lots of red-rock formations, even rock climbers.
  • Great place to go and do a short hike while visiting St. George or an ANYTIME PLACE to go for locals also. INCREDIBLE views of the city and wonderful place to take Family Photos.
  • Very scenic. Not really accessible by wheelchair that I could tell but you can still enjoy the surroundings. The red rocks are just beautiful!
  • Whether you are passing through on your way to Vegas or if you are in town for a few days I would really recommend this park. It's a very raw and natural feel and is a great place to walk around and enjoy the natural scenery of St. George. If you are bringing your kids there are a few places to be careful since there are some high rocks that you can climb on. All in all this is an awesome part of St. George.
  • A surprising amount of wildlife here even in the middle of summer. A lot of fun stuff to explore around here. The rock structures are small enough for kids to run around, and big enough to be a challenge to climb around. Will be coming back here next time I'm in St. George.
  • Great place for all ages. Easily accessible picnic tables along with large rock formations for climbing. Bigger than it first looks as you hike back. Saw some bats returning home early in the morning.
  • Great unknown spot. When you first drive in, there's a large desert garden with pathways and labeled plants and a pond. If you drive in a minute further there's a small picnic area, a short& tight slot canyon and more hiking
  • Pioneer Park is a great place to spend some relaxed time outdoors with easy access to parking, restroom, and water. Hiking paths criss-cross the rock formations and Dixie rock makes for a great spot to watch the sunrise or sunset.
