(3,400+ reviews on the web)
Landmark
St. George Street is a center of leisurely seaside social activity. The pedestrian street is jam-packed with shops and bars that offer souvenirs of the nation's oldest city, which was founded in 1565. Many of the restaurants serve food that gets high praise from visitors, and some were around before the street became a tourist attraction, such as St. George Tavern. Be sure to refer to the attraction by its full name because George Street is another street in town. It couldn't be easier to arrange your visit to St. George Street and many more St. Augustine attractions: make an itinerary online using Inspirock's St. Augustine tourist route planner.

  • This is a must see spot. Although quite touristy it is a lot of fun. There are many things to look around and see especially if you enjoy shopping for things you never knew you needed or wanted.  more »

  • We absolutely loved staying here! Perfect location, clean and spacious room, wonderful customer service. We especially liked sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view and breeze. Located within walking distance of everything- restaurants, shopping and attractions. We will definitely be back!
  • Fabulous evening and a beautiful point in and one of the most historic cities in America! From the time we checked in until Ellen escorted us to our room. Opportunity to enjoy the new wine bar with one of the best wine by the glass selections around. It was absolutely stunning room with all of the nicest of amenities.
  • Best place we have stayed at in a long time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We stayed at the room with a view of the fort out front. The back deck had a view of the old school house. We had dessert that night overlooking all the tourists walking the street. The breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable. The shower had strong water pressure. Again best part was the staff, breakfast, views and location. I can't say enough great things about the staff. One of the ladies I think Brittany gave us milk for our one year old no charge.
  • Michael was so much fun and helpful. He really loves his job and meeting new people. The hotel was clean and pretty, and all of the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Michael just stood out to us!
  • It's not a regular hotel, all the rooms are on the 2nd floor of different businesses. They have a nice bathroom, refrigerator, coffee machine, and a balconnet with rocking chairs. The car was taken and parked in a parking garage near by, our luggage was taken to our room, continental breakfast is included. People are very friendly. Will return again, you can enjoy your night without driving, you are in the heart of the old city, don't need your car.
