  • As many times as I've been to St Augustine I never visited the Alligator Farm. We decided to play tourist and try this stop. Yes, it was expensive at $26 per person, but we were on vacation. I am terr...  more »

  • Amazing place to the take the family. The staff were helpful and also asking if we had any questions and telling us about shows and events occurring at the park. While you may balk at the prices, the animals in the park look happy and well fed and almost every animals seemed to either have breed some youngsters or exhibit the behaviors to do so (youngsters were released in the wild). These important conservation programs are one of the many great things about the park!
  • My 11 year old stepson and I visited and we both had a wonderful time. The park is very well organized with lots of information about each animal that you come into contact with. The park was very clean and well cared for, and the animals appeared the same. The staff were all friendly and willing to answer questions. I would advise that if you can manage it, get there shortly after opening. I feel like the animals were much more active, and of course it was cooler and far less crowded. We walked the entire park and had a snack before the big school groups and large crowds showed up. **Tip** Grab a snack and drink early and go over to the stools around the edge of the seating area so you can enjoy a snack while being within 10 feet of Galapagos tortoises. They are generally fun to watch and that's not something most people get to do.
  • Loved it! So fun. Lots of diverse animals. Appreciated the resident discount. Yes they allow professional cameras so we took lots of pics! There were tons of other animals besides alligators. Birds, lemurs, etc. Cute gift shop too. Very educational
  • Perfect place to experience an outdoor adventure! We had a family birthday outing, our granddaughter turned 9 and just made the height requirement for doing the zip line. We did the longer more strenuous Nile course and had a blast! This time of the year it’s good advice to go early, it was hot! But we navigated mazes, obstacle courses, and zip lined our way over the zoo and enjoyed great overhead views of all the birds and animals. Fun snack bar, a stop at the gift shop, and the day was complete!
  • Loved the albino alligators. It's not a real big park but a decent size to spend a few hours and check out the gators. I'd recommend going to see the gator feeding. The feeding itself is uneventful but it's cool to see so many gators in one area. There's also a tiny small play area for kids but my kid still loved it.
