  • This place is a fun combination of local artists, and local history. One side was the Springfield Art Association, and they had a gallery setup with pictures and sculptures from local artists. Walk through the next door and you are in the historic Edwards family home. They actually have the courting couch that Mary and Abe sat on together. There are certain pieces that have been completely restored, others from the time period, some the actually belong to members of the Edwards family, and then you have the fun game of the wallpaper. Pieces of the original that are still there, right next to the accurately recreated brand new wallpaper. It's fun and shows just how much time they have taken to restore this home.
  • The Springfield Art Association is here. They have classes, exhibits, and public events. It is a fantastic way to be introduced to local artists and new art forms.
  • I took a jewelry class there and learned a lot. I was a complete beginner and now I am making my own jewelry. I plan in taking the intermediate class at some point.
  • It is a great place to take a class!
  • Reliving history accurately!
