  • We were in Springfield for a little getaway for our wedding anniversary. On our last night there, we went to Obed and Isaac's because it was recommended by someone we knew. There was a 30 minute wait ...  more »
  • Only rated a 3 because the service was good. Had a beer flight and wasn't impressed. Food wasn't any better, burger was typical bar quality.

  • Amazing food. The Caesar salad was fantastic, the pulled pork sandwich as well. The dessert made us wish for more. Good beer, and service as well.
  • They attempt to take care of their customers but they're a little slow due to the fact that this is a busy place. Oven fired sandwiches don't really appear to be oven fired. Or if they are I will just tell them to leave it in the oven a little longer next time so the cheese will be melted. Overall an awesome place, the prices are pretty good and the food is delicious. Parking is good also usually can find a spot in their blue lined spaces to the right of the building
  • Went to the Peoria location for lunch today. It was easily the slowest service I have ever received and the food was so awful, I actually refused to eat the lamb burger I ordered. We arrived at 11:30 and it literally wasn't until 1:05 until we received our meals. We had a few beers, which were ok, but our food was absolutely horrid. Everything was cold and my lamb burger literally tasted rotten. I took a single bite, let others at my table try it, and gave up on it. 2 of the 3 burgers, ordered medium were completely charred and tasted like freezer burnt hamburger. In the end, 5 beers, 1 app, 4 burgers, and 3 cups of cheese soup ran us $107...which is absurd. I won't be returning.
  • Maybe what I ordered? Smoked turkey & gouda on wheat bread was pretty good. Imitation fries....disgusting. Craft beers nothing that great and I love a good dark beer. So just an ok experience in my view only. Sorry
  • The server was great, very attentive. The food was Tribble. I ordered a oven fired sandwich which I doubt was and if so it should have stayed there longer. I just felt the food arrive freaky fast to be made fresh and luke warm.. I don't plan on returning. Even thou they gave us a free dessert
