  • We came here from 3:30-5:30 on a Thursday summer afternoon. It was packed at the beginning but significantly slowed down the last hour. I thought the kids would be bored after 45 minutes but they all ...  read more »
  • This is a great place for kids to get their energy out! My daughter is a gymnast and flight is a great place for her to test out some skills. It can get busy on weekends and summer afternoons, so it's...  read more »
  • It was the first time we had been here and was invited to a birthday party there. Kids had a blast and they didn't want to leave after 2 hours of bouncing around. We have been back several time. Kids ...  read more »
  • I have numerous issues with this place. -First things that was an issue was the missing information about the need of a waiver prior to the visit. I tried to fill out via the web, per the site's voicemail suggestions. Well, I assume they count on people not reading the content. I did not and will never agree to my likeness nor my children being used as promotional property. Period! Well you cannot complete the form if that box is not checked online. I called the location and the teenager who answered seemed to not even know what the waiver said. He told me that it was for me to know that there were security cameras recording at all times. The staff clearly doesn't know the content of the waiver yet can refuse our entrance for not agreeing to the content. This issue was resolved by completing a paper version and crossing out the clause. The staff member told us it was acceptable to do so but I still wondered why after a 5 minute phone call about the subject they had no paper copies available and made us wait to print more. I JUST, I mean, JUST got off the phone with this location 30 minutes prior and they were not even prepared. -Second is the purchase of their socks at $3 a piece. Not a big deal since I had extra toll money in the car. Yet again a good thing to know prior to arriving, not after I spent 20 extra minutes filling out paperwork and waiting for it to be printed, surprise you have something else we need from you! -Third is the lack of division between the teenagers and little kids. It is open jump, so I get that. Yet i don't get how the foam squares area is designated for 6 and younger but the rest of the place was dominated by 18 year olds playing along all the younger children. My son is 9 and my daughter is 11yrs old. I don't want them landed on by a 16-18 yr old boy when playing. They have the space to divide into older and younger kid spaces but the lack of proper management. I guess they don't see the issue. Well I do. You can't have me sign a waiver for injuries and/or death being at your own risk for my children, then mix them with men who can vote this year at that be at my OWN risk. You must be high!! while playing dodgeball they would team up on the little children then take their time playing the game at their leisure. Completely unacceptable since you pay by the hour. -Fourth and lastly they removed children early due to their clock being fast. I know it should even out... But they looked at their watches and cell phones at the front desk then used the wall when removing the children. My children hated this place and they will never have the displeasure of returning to this place ever.
  • The only reason I am giving this place 3 stars is because each visit you have may vary in quality. One day, it may be the most perfect place, and another, it can really stink to be there, especially on snow days, where moms try to get their kids out of the house. But, I have 3 problems with this place: 1. It's ALWAYS crowded, the only time it isn't crowded is when they do the teen thing at 9:00 pm. 2. The staff; now, I'm not trying to be mean, but the staff is a little weak. Every single staff member looks like a college student, and depending on which day you go, they also vary in quality. 3. Trying to get tickets: Oh. My. God. Do not even get me started. Going online can either be a hassle or a breeze, depending on who you are, but when you get to the park, it just gets difficult. One last thing, people can suck, so expect that. I got kicked IN THE HEAD multiple times by a kid who is younger than me, but around the same weight. His mother comes over and says "Leave him alone!" That kid almost gave me a concussion. Overall, good place, very popular, and a great way to exercise.
  • The kids had a wonderful time, the price on Groupon was fabulous, but when we got there (8 on us), we took our own socks from home and one of the kids had socks from another trampoline park, we filled out the waivers , and that when we got the shocker, (we couldn't use our socks it was mandatory we buy flight trampoline park socks for $3.00 each and they took the sock with the other parks name and swapped it out for theirs..unbelievable. we asked to talk to a manager but he never came out, the associate went back and forth and finally they told us (pay $1per sock or they have a bin of used socks for free) prepared to pay for socks at arrival on top of ticket fee. The associate told me on the website it tells you, so when I got home, I looked on their website to see if the mandatory purchase of their sock brand was plain to the eyes but did not see it..I couldn't find it.
  • Arrived to find about 80 little kids from one day camp with about 20 camp counselors already on the trampolines along with at least another 50 customers all trying to jump at the same time. I took my two grandkids ages 8 & 13 and spent almost $50.00 for 1 1/2 hours of jump time. My grandson was hesitant to jump because so many little kids were under foot. The day camp counselors who were young adults were not supervising because they were so busy jumping and hanging out. Really feel if this place wants to have day camps or daycares they should not include them during the general jump time. Was not impressed with the referees either, they looked bored and especially the area with the air bag was left unattended with a about a 12 little kids jumping on to it. I will not be coming back.
  • So much fun to take your kids and wear them out. Getting in is an absolute pain in the butt even when you buy your tickets online and own their special socks already. Streamline the entry and you get five stars.
