  • I really enjoyed a day of camping with my family. The lake is pretty nice. It also has a small swimming area just for campers. It is not terribly crowded. Showers are clean. Each campsite is pretty big and has grass and trees. There is a good play area for kids as well. Check for different nature programs. It is one of the best camping areas around columbus, OH.
  • Lovely place for a walk in the woods. The Crabill house is very interesting, and the boating areas are nice. Check out the overflow area at various times of the year! - lots of changes!
  • Very nice place and well kept, but the bathrooms by the campsites are really gross. There are only two facilities, so I recommend adding one more. I go here twice during the summer.
  • Great boat ramp with plenty of parking. Lake is about 25 feet deep but smaller than Caesar Creek and Indian Lake.
  • Perfect for fishing, hiking. Nature's beauty of animals. Excellent place for a quiet picnic and amazing views.
