Take a break from shopping to see a live fish-feeding show, and pay a visit to the store's two museums: the NRA National Sporting Arms Museum and the Archery Hall of Fame. • This place is like Disney for outdoor enthusiasts. There's also a couple of neat exhibits within also. There's and archery HoF as well as a firearm museum. Very informative exhibits. The cafe within has great food too. The brunch buffet looked fantastic, I couldn't pass up the bacon wrapped salmon with roasted almond butter.
  • This place is huge and fun, it has several stories, a carnival style shooting range, a restaurant and so much inventory you can easily get lost. My only concern is that while they do have wild animals, the habitats are too small especially the alligator's. If animals are going to be bred or captured for human amusement, they AT least need to be well taken care of.
  • I love Bass Pro Shops. It's a neat place to walk around and "window shop" if nothing else. I typically find better prices for items I need by shopping online, but I like to look around here to get ideas.
  • This place is more of a redneck museum than anything else. The prices suck, the selection sucks, the employees never know much. Bass pro doesn't hardly sell any guns that people actually want. They are way behind the curve in what is selling in the gun community. If it isn't a G19, S&W shield, or an overpriced 1911, they won't have it. Not to mention the fact you can't test the trigger on anything. Also, don't "check in" your gun. The serial numbers are stored for up to 20 years, essentially creating a registry. That being said, the inside of the building is pretty cool, the range is open late, and the NRA museum has some really unique items.
  • Always fun to go to bass pro! The kids love it. all of the stuffed animals are neat to look at. as well as the fish and turtles.
