  • Great place to visit. Spent fours there and learned a great deal about President Lincoln. Staff has very helpful.
  • I must confess that my initial reaction upon entering the main room was worry that I was in for a kitschy Disney-style romp through Lincoln's life. I mean, there is something inherently 'cheesy' about...  more »
  • When my nephew comes to town, we always go to the museum and he always loves it, as do we. There is always something new and exciting to learn or do and it never gets old. The prices aren't bad either...  more »

  • We were greeted immediately by the friendly staff. The docents are very knowledgeable and obviously enjoy the subject at hand. One tip: sit up front for Ghosts of the Museum, and in the back for Lincoln's Eyes. Definitely worth the trip and a nice mini-trip with kids.
  • Great! Staff very friendly and informative. The shows are a must see
  • I walked in and was greeted by wax replicas of the entire 16th family to live in the white house. Impressive. Then I saw the Ghosts of the Museum stage show and knew. This is one the best places in America. Or, at least, one of the best places in Springfield.
  • One of the best places to visit if you are making a stop in Springfield
  • One of the best museums I have ever been to. Should not be missed.
