  • This place has a really neat atmosphere and you can go into one steam stack. I had the jalapeño beer, which was not good and the Gumbo which was ok but not great. The service was excellent, I would re...  more »

  • Three stars for the food and five stars for the ambiance. The steam plant kept its interior and built the spaces around them, it's stunning! I tried the butternut squash gnocchi and was not very impressed. Beer's great tho!
  • If you are in Spokane you have to stop by Steamplant - The decor and history is pretty entertaining and the the bar/pub located on the lower level has great ambience. We stopped in for the pub and to sample their craft beers. They have one of the largest selections of their own brewed beers and this should help assist those with a narrow beer palate. At around 11, it's a good selection. I enjoyed their stout the most. I found many of them easy drinking but a bit flat on complexity and tasting "watered down". The location is very unique (old steam plant ) and very relaxing. A great place for a gathering with friends or business happy hour. A perfect vacation stop with the kids as well! They have a full dining restaurant that served good food.
  • Food was good. Gnocchi dish was huge and good, Caesar salad, pickled vegetable plate, steak, was all good. Not exceptional. Our server was awesome though. Wish I remembered his name. He knew tons of history on the building which was interesting to hear. He deserves a raise!!
  • We are from Germany and were with friends here. It was very beautiful. The food was delicious and the beer also. It has been beautifully restored. Impressive.
  • Service: Great Beer: Great taste specially the HuckleBerry Ale Food: wife ordered chicken fried steak, with sweet potato fries and vegetables ALL of it had a strong taste of cumin. My plate fish and chips with sweet potato fries and Cole slaw fish was good the rest tasted like cumin. Price: extremely high The only thing they do right is the beer
