  • Very nice indeed. Quiet and lovely. Very nice state park. Your best state parks in south Carolina are in the upcountry
  • 50 mi of trails for all levels of fitness. Favorite local for the MTN bikers in the area. I always feel safe and enjoy this gem of a park

  • Campground was nice. The bathrooms were old but reasonably clean.
  • A beautiful, peaceful park with clean lake to fish in. I love taking my dogs there to walk through the various trails.
  • This is a great little State Park in Spartanburg that allows for camping, hiking and has a nice lake to paddle on. There's some really neat historical points on some of the trails and it's a great place for geocaching. It's a nice little spot in an unlikely place!
  • Great place to camp and go out on the lake. Close to downtown and stores but far enough away to enjoy the quiet life.
  • This place is absolutely beautiful and has many different trails, including ones for mountain bikers and horses.
