  • Urban Air is a great place to go if you have kids that need to get tuckered out. Not to mention, it's a great workout if you're looking to get a fun one in!

  • Just okay. Now please note, we are ages 25 and 29 and we aren't parents nor children, but this was our experience. Teenagers run this place, and you could tell they were tired and ready to be home. At 9:30pm when we arrived (when they are open until 11pm) they were already cleaning the women's bathroom and I was told I couldn't use it. Once it's cleaned, its considered closed for the night. I had to explain to them that if the facility is considered open until 11pm, we should have access to the bathrooms too until it closes. They reluctantly allowed me to as if I was causing them a headache. The trampoline park itself was decently fun, but we were limited with what we could do because all of the squares were too small to do tricks and we ended up landing on the hard borders around each trampoline. Next time I would like to go somewhere that has larger trampoline sections so we don't have to constantly worry about where we land. We were very pleased with how open it was though - at the time of day we went and on a Saturday night, there was hardly anyone there and we were able to have most of the space to ourselves.
  • So i bought the adventure pass to urban air and got up on the joust stairs platform where there are multiple screws which are exposed and i sliced a dime size cut out of my foot and the first thing the person says to me is oh did you step on a screw. This place is run by a bunch of teenagers who do not adress issues and when i brought it up to mangment they told me its because the owner is cheap there solution was to put duck tape over the screws so you couldnt see them so the next person could step on it. This facility is poorly maintained and saftey is not a priorty i wouldnt recomend this place to anyone. I also hurt my foot bad enough that i didnt jump after what a waste of $20
  • Our kids have been to lots of trampoline parks and Urban Air is their favorite, for sure! What we love is that this place pleases the whole families. We have a 4 year old all the way up to 14 and everyone has fun here. The only thing that keeps us from returning more is the price. It's a pretty costly outing when you have multiple kiddos.
  • This was my first time going to a trampoline park, and I loved it! Definitely worth the money. The facility was clean with fun music. Plenty of padding protects you when you slip and slide around. I also like that there was a lot of wide open space, so you can run around to your heart's content without smacking into people. My favorite features were the foam pit for jousting and the dodge ball arena. My friends and I spent the most time in these areas.
  • This was the first time I brought my son here, and you can bank on it being the last! The staff was rude, they did not speak to you and the whole time we were there all they did was talk to each other and eat everything in site due to their being several birthday parties being held. The guy that checked us in did so with a mouth full of food and we had to find our own way in as he couldn't be bothered to move. The website also stated that a special was being run for the Father's day weekend for the Southlake location, lies and garbage! It was not honored at this location. This place is a disgrace, my family and I will never be back. They will never get a recommendation for anything from me. And to add insult to injury after being overcharged and aggravated the place was filthy. But, it's OK, the staff, I'm sure is paid very well for absolutely nothing.
