  • Lots of pavilions, paths and playgrounds to enjoy. It has been a great place for years. I have had lots of memories here. Children love the small animal preserve.  more »

  • What sets this park apart is the Summer Concert Series. We saw the Pittsburgh Symphony for free & it was excellent. People take their lounge chairs & even food or snacks & have a good time for free. T...  more »

  • Nice wide open park, lots to do. If you're having a party or get-together you can rent pavilions for a reasonable price. For a little extra you can get an alcohol permit. Lots of playgrounds for kids. Nice walking and biking paths. Free concerts on Friday nights during the summer at the amphitheatre, they do a good job of booking a variety of bands and styles. Just a fun place to be!!
  • Best park south of pittsburgh hands down. Amazing walking/jogging trails. Mt bike trails are plentiful and wide ranging in difficulty. It's a park with a lot to offer
  • A great place to celebrate my nephews highschool graduation and his finishing Marine bootcamp. Excellent for large family gatherings! It has an enormous kitchen with large preparation counter, refrigerators and stove. Alot of room to decorate and make the day special.
  • Great park, very clean, tons of trails, and they just added bike lanes on the main drag through the park. Great place for kids with tons of playgrounds, including a blue slide playground.
  • Amazing mtb trails (as long as the horses arent around), nice new bike paths on Corrigan Drive, good road cycling loops with some painful little climbs, fun game preserve and gorgeous Demonstration Garden from Penn State.
