  • Employees are super nice!!! Rooms just average but did have a microwave and fridge and are roomy. Nice beach access. Located basically at the end of the hotel row right as you cross the bridge.  more »

  • I have plan to events at this Resort and the staff have been overwhelmingly helpful. They helped me create a custom menu for my 3 day event and the staff on hand for this were amazing! They are helping me with 3 events for my organization, a picnic, a Christmas party and a conference. The options as far as event spaces are numerous and there's always so many options they offer. The rooms are beautiful and the food is excellent. Located right off the causeway so you don't have to drive for miles at 20-30 mph to get to your destination. My go to place for anytime of the year and a personal getaway favorite.
  • The bathroom is a bit small. The service has been great. The beds are comfortable. The hotel is incorporated with the indoor park making it easy to get to the park early. The park is fun and family friendly. Use sunscreen because the sun will cook your skin and most of the time you are in the sun. We've enjoyed our stay and the park.
  • I'm not sure why people complain about the resort. Is out the Ritz Carlton? No, it's outdated for sure but the resort itself serves its purpose. The double queen bed was much larger than your standard room. We were able to fit a roll away bed (twin size) and blow up mattress (twin size) and easily still had room to move around. We spent very little time in our room, so the fact that it's outdated really didn't matter. It was very clean though. I have 4 kids so the fact that we would wake up and walk straight into the water park was gold for us. The two pools were nice but small and heated. Direct access to the beach. You get access to the water park from the day you check in until the day you check out. That means if you check in on a Friday and checkout on Sunday, you can arrive early on Friday, enjoy the park and then check into your room at check in time. And if you checkout Sunday, you get all day access. That's a steal if you ask me. The indoor park was awesome for Sunday morning before we checked out. This was a busy were for them, we paid $375 a night and was well worth it! Don't judge a book by its cover!
  • The service is great and enthusiastic in nearly all cases. The Seaside Grill is surprisingly good, especially the fish tacos, and our server was very friendly. The rooms - and ceilings - are a little smaller than the site indicates, but don't feel cramped - except maybe the bathroom. The resort is kind of buried down a small road, but Google will direct you correctly. The park is amazing and well worth the trip by itself; staying at the resort is about the only affordable way to go if you don't live nearby. Only a few resort rooms have a view of the ocean, but they do have a convenient beach access. We were initially a bit underwhelmed with the resort, but after a day here we've completely reversed that. This is a great place!
  • Friendly staff with excellent service. We stayed at one of the rooms with a beautiful beachview and absolutely loved it. Our room was clean and had no complaints during our stay. We spent most of the day at the water park and had a blast. Highly recommended.
