  • Have attended numerous events at this location. Most recently, my sons drift car competitions. Very exciting and entertaining no matter what type of auto sport you are into!
  • So glad that Sonoma Raceway continues to host the Indycar Grand Prix - it's a big deal every year, and always a pleasure.

  • Great facility to catch a race. Because it is a permanent road course with lots of elevation change, there is no place to sit where you can see the entire track. But there are several places you can sit and see lots of the track. For race day, we always prefer to be up high in the main grandstands near the start/finish line. The food options have been getting better the past few years and there have been a number of enhancements made to the terraces at a couple of the popular turns around the track to make them more guest-friendly. There's lots of walking around this place, depending on where you are sitting, but they do have shuttles, if needed.
  • Great camping for GoPro Indy car 2016. Very well organized property and staff. United Services will come right to your trailer with potable water and holding tank emptying services. The portable bathrooms are very clean. Excellent shuttle services on property. Great view of the track from the terrace level camping areas.
  • They let you drive out & spend as much time as you like looking around. We watched some cool racing for free. They also have a cool gift shop & small diner.
  • Awesome fun roller coaster of a track. Technical but extremely rewarding if you're patient enough to learn the rhythm. Wednesday night open drags runs are pretty fun too, and cheap!! Also, Sim Racing School is LEGIT, if you're looking into learning and working your way into track experience. Love this place!!
  • Attended during the Indy 500 finals 2015. A great venue with a lot of pace and action. Good selection of vendors both for food, drinks and merchandise. Once the race starts it is really loud, therefore I really recommend that you bring or buy ear plugs. The grand stand gives a great view of the start and finish line, and you really feel that you are close to the race.
