  • Wanted to buy a t shirt, you have your choice if you wear a s, m, or xxxl. Cafe hours from 11 to 4, we were there at 2 and the cafe was closed. The woman making candy was friendly but the other employ...  more »
  • This is such an amazing place! Such great things from a variety of things. Great turtle pralines. Awesome stuff.
  • Right off the highway, but you have to pass it to see it, then go back. Was surprised by what they had. Loved the candy, made right there. Had all kinds of gift items and cooking things. Would go back...  more »

  • General store with nice variety of local specialties. Fresh pralines made daily however no real food to speak of. Cafe was small and closed when we visited.
  • Cute local knick knack store. Great to pickup those quenticental Lousiana/Nola gifts.
  • We went several years back and had a great experience. Disappointed that they are not open on Sundays. Usually, like stopping to relax and look around especially for there pralines. Oh well, will have to stop somewhere else.
  • Friendly and happy people with warm smiles and a very nice shop with lots of interesting things. Delicious pralines.
  • Seafood and sausage jambalaya was great! Sandwiches come panini style and are stacked with meat. General store is pretty much just chotchkies, but I spent some time browsing the sauces and they are all made in the southern US. Praline bar looks pretty great, but we were full from lunch and opted out. Cute spot, easy access from Interstate 12.
