  • This is a nice trail, however it really needs to be better maintained. Dead trees everywhere. It could be very beautiful if it was properly managed.  more »
  • As a resident, I have enjoyed this walk for years. When our children were young, it was a walk we could all do. Even in winter when you are desperate to get out, this is perfect. I recently walked the...  more »
  • We enjoyed this trail after visiting the Last Shot. It's a very short, very flat path that follows a little creek. Lots of stone walls and ruins of buildings past. Don't need special gear, shoes, or b...  more »

  • Nice place to take a walk. Fairly scenic. There's a creek that runs through it. Listening to the running water is very relaxing. A lot of side trails to explore, as well.
  • Nice easy walk through a wooded area next to a creek next to what's left of old Skaneateles historical mills.
  • What a neat short trail nestled north of Skaneateles lake, following a flowing brook in a residential neighborhood
  • Nice straight and generally flat trail that follows the old shortline railroad bed. Crushed gravel so you can easily ride your bikes here as well. Check out all of the old remains of factories along the creek as well. Fishing is popular here too. Unfortunately the markers and guides showing you what used to be where have long since decayed so there's no historical context to follow along with anymore.
  • Quiet walk with some history.
