  • It was my 4 yr. Old grandsons first time at the S.F. zoo well actually any zoo for that matter. With us was,my sister and my other 9 yr. Old granddaughter who's been to many zoos. But this was her first time seeing koala bears. None of us had ever seen koala bears before so this was an extra bonus. We had fun riding the train and carasal ride and it was a great time. I'm thinking about buying year round family passes. I can't wait for the bear exhibit to open. I just wish we could have seen the Giraffes. Up Closer. But, in our group. We had ages 4 up to grandma age. And it was sooo Much fun. Can't wait to go back with the kids. Sheri S.
  • A surprisingly large zoo with some great attractions. The upkeep is quite good and the animals are well taken care of. Currently they are hosting some of the only Koalas in the country.
  • This is a great medium-sized zoo. The Snow Monkeys are especially fun to watch. When we visited, a new koala exhibit had just opened and there was also a baby rhino, which was neat to see.
  • Love this zoo! Great place to get a walk in and the animals are everywhere! The museum/indoor part is very educational too. Has a lot of shade for when it's hot out. Very clean. Friendly staff.
  • Love the zoo!! Great place to take the kids and casually stroll the park looking at animals. My kids love the zoo and we go quite frequently!
