  • I love visiting the park with my kids, they absolutely love the falls. So pretty, adventurous, and fun. Good outdoor activity.
  • The lights at Falls Park are phenomenal. I was very impressed with all the work that was done to make this a Winter Wonderland Make it a family tradition

  • Falls Park is nestled right in to downtown of Sioux Falls. It's the perfect place to relax, enjoy the endless free concerts and events nearly year long, not to mention the great lighting on the trees and structures in the holidays season. There's a watchtower that gives you perfect views of the entire park, along with a quaint gift shop on the ground floor. I'd recommend coming during the spring and summer though, when their grill/ice cream shack is open. All and all, it's a great place to bring friends and family, or even perfect for a first date.
  • Really great park to visit. If you enjoy waterfalls and a great view go here. The lack of fences allow for the unique opportunity for people to get up close and personal to the falls. It is recommended that parents watch their kids so they don't fall in. The tower at the part provides a unique view of the park and a little of downtown Sioux Falls. In the winter leading up to Christmas the park puts up lights throughout the park providing for a unique opportunity to drive through and see all the lights. In the fall I believe they have a light show that plays out on the falls.
  • What a neat little place to visit. If you can ignore the goofballs all walking around playing Pokemon Go, it's a nice place to walk around and enjoy the scenery. I had no idea this was the real reason that Sioux Falls is called that. Take a look around and read the history about the place, too. :)
  • No need to visit a spa on your day trip trough Sioux Falls. Simply take a quick trip over to falls park and enjoy the lovely scenery and take a quick elevator ride up falls tower. Make sure you bring an extra pair of clothing as you will sweat trough all your clothes in what seems like a 5 min elevator ride in an extremely hot a humid ride with only one exhaust fan trying so frugally to keep the hot air flowing. Unfortunately taking the stairs is not an option when you have a stroller.
  • We stopped by on our way out west. These Falls are beautiful and worth the stop for sure. The walking trail around the falls was very nice as well. The gift shop is very reasonably priced. I got a nice adult tshirt for around $7. You can go to the top of the gift shop and look out at the falls (recommend elevator on way up). We had an RV and decided to park outside of the Falls Park close to some government buildings that offer 2 hr parking and just walked over. I recommend that instead of trying to fit an RV at the park. It was pretty busy.
