  • I took my 1 yo daughter here this past august with some family. She had fun, which is what really counts. I felt like the price was expensive to get in. The line just to enter the park took 20 mins. We wanted to rent a locker so we were sent to another line inside the gift shop. The park looks like it could use some updating. It looks somewhat neglected, which makes me wonder how safe the slides are. I did like that they had separate areas that were more appropriate for smaller children. The water was really hot and uncomfortable. There wasn't any method to getting a float. They were out so people were just stealing them from other patrons. We had purchased a ticket/meal deal. Be careful because you can only get certain food with these. The food here was really expensive and not even good. I felt like this place was such a rip off, you couldn't even bring in water. The water in the water fountains was warm too
  • If there was a way to give a zero star review I absolutely would. I do not even know where to begin with my experience here. First off the place is filthy and the water smells of straight urine. Secondly, the staff was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to do their job. My son asked one of the lifeguards where the life jackets were located and they rolled their eyes before explains to him where they were; like his safety was unimportant to them. To add onto that, when my son and I were waiting in line to go down the bonzai, I over heard two lifeguards talking and making inappropriate remarks about drugs and which lifeguards they would, to put it nicely, have intercourse. It was so obvious I had to cover my sons ears. Then once it was my turn, I then proceeded to tell the lifeguard I didn't appreciate what I heard and how I thought I was at a Christian water park and again they rolled their eyes and asked me what slide I wanted. I got her name, Amy, and then went to ask an employee where the manager was and they told me they were the manager and I told them the situation my son and I encountered and when they told me they would take care of it, I watched the lifeguard walk into the break room, laughing with their friends. I don't understand how such immature, reckless teenagers are hired to watch over my child's life. Needless to say, I will not be attending splash kingdom water park, and will make sure before people waste their money, how terrible the service and lifeguards are there.
  • Went today with my two children, my sister and her two children, my nephew shoes were stolen while he was in the lazy river. He had to spend the rest of the day walking on the hot concrete. The lines to the slides were not to bad but the lines to get food or drinks were terrible. My sister waited for almost 30 minutes behind two people. The restrooms were not clean, smelled of urine. My children did say they had to push themselves down some slides because there wasnt enough water. The wave pool was not like most wave pools I have seen at other parks. Waves were gentle. I do not foresee me returning to this park in the future. I, actually, talked to a friend once I had returned home who was planning to go next week and I discouraged her trip.
  • Very family friendly water park with a good bit of variety. It's showing its age in a few areas (dressing rooms, for example) but my family had a great time.
  • Love this park!! it's great and something good for family to come together to enjoy themselves i go every summer twice a month... it b to pack but go doing the week..LOVE IT:)'
