  • The entry has a value of $25 per person, including a guide, the tour is approximately 1.5 miles and lasts about an hour and a half, everything is done standing and in some parts there are to bend over a little. There is a shop of souvenirs at reasonable prices. The bathrooms are in good condition. They have a small Museum of parades.

  • A biggish cave moulded by both earth movements and water. A lot of beautiful spots and a very good host to give more meaning to the visit. Easy access with wheel chair etc. Would recommend highly. As ...  more »

  • Very beautiful views of the caverns! Just go to the caves, do not waste time on gift shop as the souvenirs are over over priced. It's 50 degrees in the caves so bring a coat or light jacket to keep yourself warm as I didn't and felt quite cold even though I run every day and have a very high metabolism. My favorite part was the diamond glistening rock which is really awesome! I said "awesome sauce..."
  • We visited Shenandoah Caverns last Sunday, it was fantastic to see these beautiful stones in the formation with fairy lights. In the middle of the visit, my 5-year-old daughter felt she wanted to go to restroom, yet the guide was leading a group of more than 30 people, and there is no restroom under ground. After knowing the need, the guide immediately called a staff member on the ground, who came to help us very soon. We felt very good when we followed the staff member back to the ground. Thank you so much!!
  • A place taken right out of history. Don't just go to see the caverns. They have amazing displays taken from old Woolworth sites. Awesome memorabilia!
  • Better than lurays! They have colorful lights, and the tour is good. They take u to a dark part n slowly switch on lights to have the wow effect. It's a one time experience.
  • My mom and I stopped here on the way back home from a weekend trip and we loved it! The cavern was awesome and the tour guide was nice and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Shenandoah Caverns to families and people of all ages.
