  • This metropark is awesome! The trail around the lake is a 10k w loads of challenges. If you are training for a half or whole marathon this is the place to go! Bike trails are great too and the lake is...  more »

  • What's not to like it's Nature! Oh and on the East Beach there is a massive inflatable water slide that's easily 40-50 feet high and an outstanding playground but you do have to drive pretty far in to find it. If you make an earlier stop at the nature center there are some really cool displays, and its a great visit to make with the kids or a large group. They also offer massive sprawling biking/walking trails for the adventurous spirit.
  • Love this place so much. Would 100% recommend and I will definitely be coming back. I normally don't like beaches but loved theirs and their nature trails near the nature center were so fun and had great views. Can't wait to come back here again!
  • You try to have a good time. And you do. But for some reason this year they can't afford garbage cans. You have to leave your garbage in piles. I probably seen 3 garbage cans completely filled at baypointe beach with 400 people around. Ridiculous. When planning a trip bring garbage bags. Because whoever is responsible for the beach's, needs to be drug tested
  • Well maintained but could be better. Need to put young ppl to work. Create jobs for them. Lifeguards, create a presence on the beach, have a couple people just being visible and helpful. Make it 5 star 😁
  • My very large group BBQ was at area C(Gladeview I think) and it was beautiful! Spacious, well maintained, close (air-conditioned!!) bathroom access. Plenty of garbage bins as well as a hot coal barrell. More then adequate parking area with an evenly poured sidewalk made transporting heavy supplies to the pavilion a breeze. The only employee I spoke with was at the booth near the entrance and he was polite and helpful. Had no problem giving directions to the pavilion we had reserved.
