  • You can't get a better sharp cheddar anywhere. The cloth wrapped is awesome. Hope you get there to take the tour. Well worth it.
  • Loved the farm, the house tour/garden tour but beware of the farm cart food at the barn. I saw food coming out of coolers (not sure if they have a refrigerator out there) and my wife and I both got sick after eating. We had the potato salad! Notorious for picnic food poisoning but I figured it would be ok there. Her symptoms started at around 3 hours, mine around 6. Vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramping without a fever.
  • Beautiful, picturesque and educational for all. They have great education tours about the importance of farms and living off the land. The large barn is breathtaking, the cheese-making shop is interesting and the hike up the hill was great. Be sure to stop by the gift shop for their various cheeses and maple syrup items.
  • The farm has a wonderful environment for kids to explore and see all sorts of farm animals in a friendly environment. We have a season pass since my children love going there over and over again to see the animals. The inn is very well done and would an enjoyment to stay if I wasn't local. The little store is a great place to get fresh cheese and other products they make on the farm. The O bakery at the main barn makes some wonderful breads and bake goods that I recommend to everyone who stops at Shelburne Farms.
  • Beautiful. Great staff. Food was excellent as well. An American experience for sure.
