  • The wait is long but worth it. The breakfast is very good. You should go there for the experience.  more »
  • Several people recommended Gould's to satisfy my maple syrup addiction. So I traveled from North Adams in October, about a 40 min drive and discovered they were making it fresh in the back barn. The s...  more »
  • I love maple syrup and pancakes. SO I LOVED eating here! Sitting at wood tables (made from maple trees?), and sap bucket lights overhead enhance the old timey feel of this family run business. The pan...  more »
  • If you are lucky enough to be driving past when they are open then you have to stop. If the 25 cent maple ice cream cones aren't enough to lure you in then the wonderful breakfast items smothered in their maple syrup will be. The maple sugar candy in the gift shop is a wonderful souvenir if you can keep yourself from eating it all! Wonderful place! The pie is yummy and the perfect way to top off your breakfast.
  • Great place great service and you cant find pancakes like these anywere. I was told that a hour wait was nothing around there its because ppl know were great food is dont jip yourself stop by and try them out you wont be sad promis
  • Best pancakes I have ever had with real maple syrup.
  • This is my all-time favorite restaurant, and I have been taking my family there for more than 30 years! Pancakes are awesome, and so is the syrup, sausage, home-made pickles, and maple ice cream. If you like corn fritters, those are great too. I look forward to seeing Mrs. Gould and reading the family updates. It is a maple sugar house with all its country charm, and it is a highlight in our family every spring and every fall. As a matter of fact, we're heading there today - opening day March 1st. Yipee!
  • There was a very long wait on Columbus Day morning; about 40 minutes for a table of 4, but we decided to stick it out. The pancakes were excellent. The farm/craft store is charming. A nice highlight at the end are the $0.25 cones of homemade maple ice cream.
