  • We had read about this in a guide from Lonely Planet: that's what we had to go! And indeed it was a special experience: first the ' fluffy pancakes eaten ' (if you can't decide between two or three, then choose but for two: they are quite large), then a detailed explanation in the farm (let's say that you are ' Dutch ', you'll get extra attention, especially in October), and yet fun has gone around in the store. Don't forget to take an ice cream: for a quarter.

  • On a leaf peeping drive my mother and I stopped in to shop and have a late breakfast. We had to wait a short while, which gave us time to watch the video on the process of making maple syrup. Breakfas...  more »
  • Not inexpensive but worth the extra for the unique corn fritters and the tasty pancakes. All served with real maple syrup.

  • If you are lucky enough to be driving past when they are open then you have to stop. If the 25 cent maple ice cream cones aren't enough to lure you in then the wonderful breakfast items smothered in their maple syrup will be. The maple sugar candy in the gift shop is a wonderful souvenir if you can keep yourself from eating it all! Wonderful place! The pie is yummy and the perfect way to top off your breakfast.
  • Great place great service and you cant find pancakes like these anywere. I was told that a hour wait was nothing around there its because ppl know were great food is dont jip yourself stop by and try them out you wont be sad promis
  • Best pancakes I have ever had with real maple syrup.
  • This is my all-time favorite restaurant, and I have been taking my family there for more than 30 years! Pancakes are awesome, and so is the syrup, sausage, home-made pickles, and maple ice cream. If you like corn fritters, those are great too. I look forward to seeing Mrs. Gould and reading the family updates. It is a maple sugar house with all its country charm, and it is a highlight in our family every spring and every fall. As a matter of fact, we're heading there today - opening day March 1st. Yipee!
  • There was a very long wait on Columbus Day morning; about 40 minutes for a table of 4, but we decided to stick it out. The pancakes were excellent. The farm/craft store is charming. A nice highlight at the end are the $0.25 cones of homemade maple ice cream.
